This beach has showers and public toilets, a shower in an oasis, vigilance towers, life saving and first aid equipment, as well as being watched over by life guards in the summer season

Due to its location and characteristics, this beach is situated in the urban area of Marbella, close to the fishing port and neighborhood. It is 700 m long and 35 m wide and is made up by medium grain black sand. It is a popular tourist beach with a high occupation level.

Among the services offered are three beach restaurants with sun beds. The sea is classified as being in good condition. The municipal cleaning service carries out the daily maintenance of the beach both manually and mechanically.
